My son can not text or call anybody else in our family but he can receive calls and text from us
noone in our family can receive a text or call from my sons number but he can receive text and calls from him. How can I fix this

Just an idea, but have you checked that you sons number has not been accidentally blocked by your family members on their phones? That would stop them from receiving calls and texts from your son, but he would still be able to receive them. -AJ
