My Apple Mobile Device Manager is missing from my laptop. I have tried reinstalling iTunes, refreshing the software in the Device Manager but nothing worked. MY Laptop won't recognize my Apple devices and I don't know what else to do. I am hoping for some help, because I really have no idea what else to do.

You may want to follow this procedure to completely remove iTunes (and related components), and then install it again.

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
