I just got my first Mac. when I purchased some apps on my mac I can't open them or use them. Can I use my iPad and iPhone apps on my Mac? and how can I download the app and use it as easy as the iPhone?

No. iPad and iPhone app will not run on the Mac. They are different architecture and the software for one is not compatible with the other.
You download apps for the Mac using the App Store on the Mac.
You download apps for the iPad or iPhone with the App Store in iTunes.
