It sounds like you are having an issue making an iCloud backup of your iPhone, getting an error message when you try, is that correct?
I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Get help backing up your device in iCloud.
Specifically -
A message says my backup could not be completed
- Make sure you're connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
- If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
- See if you have enough iCloud storage for your backup, and get more storage if you need it.
- If you need more help, contact Apple Support.
