It sounds like there's an issue backing up your iPhone 6 with iTunes on your computer. Take a look at the article below which provides a lot of great information and troubleshooting tips that will resolve similar issues.

Jan 1, 2016 6:07 PM in response to henrygarg82by BFolsom,If you Google the "iPhone data is corrupt or the device is not compatible" error messages like the ones you are getting, there are some helpful blogs out there including this one that address possible fixes for the corrupt backup errors. Not sure if their solutions work, however it might be helpful and at least worth checking out if you still have the issue. Good luck!
