Is there an Apple Store in the Philippines?

Is there an Apple Store in the Philippines? I had recently had my MacBook Pro brought in for battery replacement the morning of December 15. The authorized service provider in the Philippines, Powermac Center had me wait close to week for diagnosis, & closing up for another week for it to order the battery from Singapore. This compounded by the fact that their tracking system is not at all accurate As they cannot give me a straight answer on when they can release my MacBook Pro. I even had to check on them on when to pay/order the part because they were going to inform me on Monday, December 21 had I not visited them Saturday December 19 to get an update.

Establishments such as these shouldn't be allowed to carry the word "authorized" when they make you wait for authentic parts because they are not allowed by Apple to hold/stock the parts. If they intend to work/operate like Car repairs like Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, etc, they should be accurate & well defined on their job order date instead of the vague & loose term 3-7 days.

I already spent Christmas without my MacBook Pro. I fear that I might spend the New Year just looking an iPhone.

I would like to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

Is there an Apple Store in the Philippines?

Are there establishments which offer quicker service & stack up on parts?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
