Q: Apple ID

Ok, so I'm trying to update my apps. It asked me for my Apple ID and password I put it in, but then another Apple ID pops up and I don't know the password to. What do I do I want to up date my apps

    Hi there quincy 011,

     

    It sounds like you you are being prompted for another Apple ID when updating your apps. That means that the app or apps were bought under that Apple ID. You would need to delete them and download them under your Apple ID to be able to update them:

     

    Delete music, movies, apps, and other content from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Delete an app

    Remove an app using the steps below:

    1. Tap and hold on the app until it jiggles.
    2. Tap the   in the upper-left corner to delete.

    You might be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app. If you see a pop-up that says, "Deleting [app name] will also delete all of its data," tap Delete.
