I understand that you're seeing a line on your iPad's display. You've covered most of the bases thus far in an attempt to get rid of those lines, so the next step would be to restore your iPad as new.
If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality
- Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
