Apple ID locked - weird

Hi all,

I got an iphone 4 from my brother.

We deleted his ICLOUD account, and entered my email, registered it.

I had some problems with my sim cards,i did a hard reset on an iphone.

Now, when i turn on iphone, i get a message that the iphone is locked, and i have to enter id and pass from my brother.

OK - no problem, i registered my email on this phone, but I know my brothers mail and pass, there should be no problems.

BUT!!!!!

When i enter it, it says that my phone is locked, so i should log on over my icloud account over the web.

OK - still no problem, i went on https://appleid.apple.com/ - entered my mail and pass, thought everything is over now - but no!

i get a message "This apple ID has been locked for security reasons" - still - ok, no problem, i will just click a link ""unlock my account"...

Yeah right, when I do that, and when I enter my email address i get a message that this email address is not a Apple ID.

Now that`s really frustrating and I am so mad atm, i don`t know WHAT TO DO next....

And btw - that iphone is not registered on my email address. Even when we deleted his, and entered my, logged on icloud and all, still won`t show it under my devices.

Really sorry for the long post, but I looked the forum, i didn`t find any similar problem.

Can anyone, please, help me, I am so mad atm.....
