Q: Writing in iCloud notes, will it mess up notes in previous iOS-s?

In the recent iOS versions, you can draw in the notes application. http://i.imgur.com/nb0xTWS.jpg

But I was wondering, is it actually okay to use this and connect notes to iCloud if you have an older device, such as an iPod 4th gen using iOS 6?

In other words, http://i.imgur.com/9QhAwi6.jpg without any real issues, such as making notes unusable on the older device.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6, Used on a daily basis.

However, if you upgrade your iCloud Notes account on an iOS 9 device:
Your notes on iOS 9 devices and on iCloud.com aren’t kept up to date with notes on any of your devices with iOS 8.4.1 or earlier, OS X v10.10.5 or earlier, or Windows.
