Keyboard not working in Boot Camp (Windows 10)

Hello!

I recently installed Windows 10 using boot camp and now my mac keyboard doesn't work even though sound does, so I did install some drivers apparently. Can anyone help me out? I'm writing this with a wired usb keyboard and mouse but i'd rather use my mac setup with the magic mouse and keyboard, both wireless.

iMac, Windows 10, (El Capitan on regular partition)

I've got all the drivers from the bootcamp install on my OSX partition sitting on an external drive.

Bootcamp > Drivers > Apple

Applekeyboardinstaller64 doesn't seem to do anything. Install wizard runs through the motions but there are no more prompts once I confirm the installation. Restart doesn't change anything, apple key, and all the functions on my "F" keys don't work (F12 is F12, not volume up).

What am I missing?

INVESTIGATING THE DEVICE MANAGER:

In the Human Interface Devices there was a Logitech keyboard I haven't had in years, so I uninstalled that.

There are two devices in the "keyboards" flyout, both labeled "HID Keyboard Device".

There's an "Other devices" flyout, which only has a "Bluetooth USB Host Controller" device inside. It's got the yellow triangle with the exclamation mark inside, and it claims it's missing drivers and can't locate them.

I'm using a wireless apple keyboard (no num pad version) and I don't see "Bluetooth" as a device flyout like I see in the image above.

My keyboard works perfectly fine aside from all the apple specific buttons.

Do I need to uninsall those HID Keyboard devices? Do I need to install a bluetooth driver?

Resetting the SMC and NVRAM didn't do anything for me.

Remove the keyboard batteries and wait a minute before installing them again. In Win 10 go to settings , bluetooth and make sure the keyboard is discoverable. You may need to turn the keyboard on by pushing the switch on the right side of the keyboard. Once the keyboard is detected , enter the code that appears on the screen into the keyboard and press enter. The keyboard will pair.
