reset done, still same issue.
I think I might require help in the store location - region settings.
My apple ID is created and linked to The Netherlands Store, though my region at the moment is India.
How do I need to set them, i did tried various versions. but same issue remain.
It is not an error in username/password as Icloud uses the same and this it does log in.
Looking forward to your kind reply.

Dec 27, 2015 4:46 AM in response to Dayrinaby Winston Churchill,You can't stream content from a location that you aren't in. It's against the terms of use for the store, Apple reserve the right to use technologies to attempt to stop you trying, perhaps this is your problem.

signed out/in on every apple device i have.
rebooted apple tv and install from scratch and still this bloody thing does not want to log in.
error is still connection with iTunes store failed.
what else to do?
