Some albums in "My Purchases" do not list all the tracks

My sister and I have been having this problem where a couple of albums that I purchased don't show all the song under the "My Purchases" tab.

On my end, my Halo 5: Guardians album only shows 9 tracks out of 39 tracks under My Purchases, but when I look it up in the Store, it shows I have purchased all the tracks. (I have purchased the complete album, so all the tracks should be under Purchased/My Purchases: Music/Kazuma Jinnouchi (H5: Guardians artist).) I've tried connecting my iPhone and syncing my purchases on my PC, but that didn't fix the problem.

My sister has been trying to download the Star Wars: The Force Awakens album from my purchases (under the family sharing stuff: Purchases/<my name>/John Williams (SW: TFA artist)), but she only sees 4 tracks out of 23 tracks.* (I have also purchased the complete album for The Force Awakens.) I haven't tried syncing her iPhone on her PC, but I'm assuming, based on my experience, I will encounter the same problem as with my iPhone.

*I checked my phone and compared it with hers, and only 4 out of 23 tracks appear under my purchases as well.

Anyone having the same problem or have any suggestions? My phone is a 6 Plus, and her phone is a 5S. Both phones are running iOS 9.2.
