Moving iTunes from an iPhone to a new PC

I used a PC to host my iTunes library for many years. I sync'd this PC library with my iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1.3) many times. Now the PC is dead. How do I get the info in my iPhone, imported into a new installation of iTunes on a new PC?
