Q: itunes 12.3.2.35 won't recognize iphones after update
After updating to 12.3.2.35, iTunes won't recognize my iphones 5c and 4, with iOS 9 and 7. I've restarted Apple Mobile Device Service and the devices multiple times, but iTunes still won't sync or recognize the iphones.

I was able to fix this! I uninstalled iTunes and all apple programs on my computer, then reinstalled. I followed these instructions: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support.
