Q: Connected to wireless but can't access the internet!!

Hello,

So I have a 13-inch, 2012 MacBook Air running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.2.

I tried to access the internet a few days ago and suddenly couldn't get any web pages to load (I use Chrome). I've run a wifi diagnostic and my computer says that the internet is connected. I hadn't had the problem previously and all other devices (iPad, iPhone, PCs, Windows Phone, Android) are all connecting and loading pages no problem. I tried to looking up information about this and found all other information was geared towards older OS versions and were not written in a ELI5 sort of format and I don't want to just blindly follow instructions I find in a forum. I have turned off the computer for a time and then booting it back up, I've unplugged and re-plugged the router, and I've turned the wifi on and off with no changes.

What else is weird is that I can connect the the internet and load pages perfectly from any other wifi connection, just not the one in my own home.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
