For an iPhone to be able to print wirelessly you need an AirPrint enabled printer - the MBP does not have this limitation / constraint
The printer you list is not found in the list supplied by Apple here About AirPrint - Apple Support
You can use the following app to set up the iPhone to print wirelessly on this printer - https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/hp-eprint-home-biz/id299531647?mt=8
This solution is specific to an HP printer without AirPrint
Else you can download a program called HandyPrint to your Mac - with that on the Mac - NOT the phone - the phone documents are routed through the Mac onto the printer wirelessly. Needless to say this solution depends on you having the Mac booted and on the same network as the phone and the printer.
