migrate contacts from Windows to Mac
A friend of mine has decided to get a Macbook. the one thing that worries him is to get all his contacts from the windows 10 machine and into Contacts on the Mac. Anybody who can help?

I understand that you want to help your friend migrate contacts from a Windows computer to a MacBook. There are several ways that this can be accomplished and I will include a couple options. Without knowing how these contacts are managed on the PC or if they are being synced over-the-air with a personal information manager, I can not recommend the easiest option. Your friend does have the option of using the Migration Assistant that will transfer personal data and files from one to the other.
Move your data from a Windows PC to a Mac
They can also enable iCloud to transfer various information from one device to the other wirelessly.
Set up iCloud on all your devices
