Q: Will Apple allow wireless keyboards to connect to the Apple TV 4th generation

I tried to connect my Logitech bluetooth wireless keyboard to my new Apple TV (4th gen.) and it doesn't connect. Then I found on the Apple website that it's not supported. Will this be possible in the near future? It's a royal pain to use the aweful text entry UI with the remote control, even worse than the 3rd gen Apple TV.

    NO keyboards are supported with the new ATV. Other then the onscreen keyboard the remote app Would be your only options. No one here would be able to predict apples future plans as to when/if they will be supported in the future.
