I'm trying to restore my ipad mini to factory reset, I've plugged it into itunes and followed the instructions and it keeps getting stuck on 'waiting for ipad'. I've tried numerous things, different computers, leads and doing the soft reboot but it keeps doing the same thing... any help would be appreciated.
