Can I use two Apple TVs in same house on same wifi network?

I have an older Apple TV (Model 1427) and just got one of the new Apple TVs for Christmas. I need to know if I can use both simultaneously on two TV sets in my home, obviously using the same wifi . Also, I assume I can continue with my same Netflix Account and access on the new Apple TV. Will it also be available on my older Apple TV in the Den? Thanks.

Yes. Think of the ATVs as the next generation VCR/DVD/bluray. I believe you can have something like 10 devices. I have 3 in my home (ATV gen 2,3&4)

Netflix has a separate login so yes as well Though they may limit the number of devices that are authorized I think it's like 5...
