Q: How to stop my phone showing on child's Find My iPhone app?

I have two iPhones, one for me and one for my child. My child's phone shows on my Find My iPhone app and I show up on my child's Find My iPhone app. How do I change the settings so that only my child shows on my Find My iPhone? I do not want my phone to show on my child's Find My iPhone app.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

Stop sharing an iCloud account with your child.

They aren't necessarily sharing an iCloud account. Family Sharing also lets you share location via Find my iPhone and Find my Friends.
