My volume control was working fine on my Siri Remote when I first got the Apple TV and now it's not working and I can't get it to work. can anyone help?

Try changing the options under Settings > Remotes and Devices > Volume Control.

I Already tried all that. My Vizio tv has three CEC options: Disable, ARC Only and Enable. I have found that when CEC is on Enable, volume control doesn't work but it turns on the tv when I wake the Apple TV. When on ARC only, volume control works but it doesn't turn on the tv. So I can't really win here, I like both features but it seems I have to choose beetween them.
If it worked before perhaps you should reset the device.

I Already tried resetting and it didn't work. I'm saying volume control works on ARC Only, but not turning on the tv and when on Enable, only turning in the tv works. Turning off the tv never worked for either setting so that's a whole other problem.
I guess it is what it is. Let Apple know at Apple TV Feedback. Tell them the model of your TV and what controls do and don't work. Perhaps a later build of the firmware will work better with more TVs.
