I disabled Family Sharing. All apps and services to have reflected the change but the iOS App Store. My sharee's apps still appear in my app store while I still appears in my sharee's app store with no shared apps listed.
How long does it take for the iOS App Store to reflect that Family Sharing has been disabled?

Did you disable or removed the Family Sharing properly as those things you're seeing shouldn't be. See this -- Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
Yes. I referred to the document to which you linked and followed the procedure under "Can the family organizer leave or disband a family group?" If memory serves, I performed the Mac specific portion of the procedure.

Since you posted on IOS forums, why don't you do that on ios specific part of instructions. See what happens then...

I posted in iOS forums because the iOS App Store is the only piece that seems to be not functioning the way it should. All other areas of Family Sharing, Mac and iOS, seem to be working fine.
I don't think the procedure used is the issue.

Just for grins, I went back and enabled Family Sharing from the phone and disabled Family Sharing from the phone.
Additionally, I logged both phones off from iCloud and logged them back in.
Same behavior. Everything looks like the sharing is disabled except the iOS app store.
Can you post a picture of what is looks like?
