How do I make the apple watch vibrate for all notifications? Words with friends does not vibrate.

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Sounds & Haptics:
- Check that the Alert Volume is not to the far left.
- Check that Haptic Strength is set to the centre or right hand position.
- Check that Silent Mode is not enabled.
