Problem installing iTunes (iTunes.cab thing)

Hi!

I had iTunes a couple of months ago, but our computer crashed, apparently because of iTunes, so I'm told, and now I can't seem to download it again.
Everything is removed, every file and so on, of iTunes.
I tried reinstalling iTunes several times now, and everytime I get an error : C:\WINDOWS\Installer\iTunes.cab not found.
Can somebody please help me?!
Thanks x

hmmmm. try downloading and installing the Windows Installer CleanUp utility, and clearing any leftover itunes installation configuration information.

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

does an install go through after trying that?
