I have an iPhone 5s and the newest software update and I recently tried to change my lockscreen wallpaper and it says setting wallpaper, but it didn't change. Last week (I think) I was able to change my wallpaper. Does anyone know how to be able to fix it?

I understand that you are unable to set a new Lock screen wallpaper. Let's start with forcing all open applications to close and restart the device. Once this is done test setting a new wallpaper.
If this does not resolve the issue, test setting the Lock screen wallpaper with a different image.
