It sounds like you are not able to use the volume up button on your headphones when they are connected to any of your iOS devices with bluetooth. Normally I would recommend this troubleshooting for that kind of issue to start on the iOS side of the equation:
Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories
Disconnect a Bluetooth accessory
To temporarily disconnect the accessory, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and tap
next to your Bluetooth accessory. Then tap Disconnect.Turn off a Bluetooth accessory
If you turn off a Bluetooth accessory, it will still be paired to your device but you’ll need to turn it on again to use it.
Unpair a Bluetooth accessory
To unpair a Bluetooth accessory, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to unpair, and tap
, then Forget this Device. When you Forget this Device on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, that accessory is removed from the list of available Bluetooth devices. To add the Bluetooth accessory to your device again, place it back in discovery mode and repeat the steps above to pair it again.
In this instance though, if the above does not resolve it may indicate an issue with the headphones themselves since multiple devices they get paired to are having the same issue. You may need to reach out to the headphone manufacturer.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities, all the best!
