I can not search in Contacts after upgrade 9.2

hi.

I used to search and add contacts in messages or to make calls from my contacts in dialer, but Now that search box does nothing.. you see my name and contac ton the first image.. that doesnt appear when I search it.. see image 2, 3,

while that works in spot light search..

can any body please tell me.. how can i fix it..
