Q: Apple TV (4th gen) and HomeKit

Is 4th gen Apple TV a HomeKit hub for remote use like 3rd gen?

I can't find this information clear anywhere.

Yes. Home kit is available on ATV 3rd generation and later...

Control your accessories away from home
If you have an Apple TV (3rd generation or later), you can control your accessories with Siri commands when you're away from home. Just sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on your iOS device and Apple TV.
