Q: Itunes and Iphone sync issues

I need to transfer songs from my iTunes library on my Mac Laptop to my iPhone 6s. When I go into the music tab in iTunes under my iPhone icon it says the iCloud music library is on. I cannot figure out how to turn it off. I like having the iCloud music library, but when I import a CD the songs from that CD on my phone are from a different album. It seems to happen with CDs from live concerts. iCloud library transfers them to the recorded albums that it has.

I do not have iTunes Match on. I do not have iTunes match. I used to be able to drag the song I wanted from my iTunes library to the iPhone. This is not available anymore. If someone can help me get this feature back, or know a better way to transfer songs from my iTunes library to my phone please help. Or if someone can tell me how to make iCloud use the album and songs which I have actually imported to my iTunes library instead of the recorded album it would be greatly appreciated.

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7163823 - If you have signed up for Apple Music or iTunes Match you won't have the option to manually manage or sync music to a device in iTunes. Music syncing is done through iCloud and all your eligible music should appear there. Movies can still be synced.

On iPhone, Settings -> Music -> iCloud Music Library (tap switch).
