МТС советует обращаться в Apple. С чем может быть связана такая проблема?

If I want iMessage and FaceTime to be activated I have to pay to my Carrier everytime? And I can't change the phone number?
You don't have to pay next time until you change phone number, but if you do change and want it activated with imessage again you do.
It might also make sense to understand that you have to pay because MTS likes to charge, for example in my location I do not have to pay.
Pretty sure with price of oil going down you guys going to get taxed on breath of air.
So I am still interested — who's responsible and can I change the number. As you said earlier message has to be sent from my device to Apple servers and one message to be received in response. So this is what Apple requires. And probably Apple choose this number. And, sure, MTS can charge me for sending sms to an international number. :/
