Specifying file size in Compressor?

I have 25 gb worth of video files and the client wants it all to fit on an 8gb drive. How can I reduce the file size without ruining the quality?

Final Cut Pro X, iOS 6.1.1, imac 27 in 8 gb Ram

Does the client want a video DVD or a data DVD?

What codec are the 25 GB files?

The files are .mov . The client wants the .mov files on a thumb drive in addition to their dvd. The thumb drives I purchased are 8gb.

Sorry, but MOV could be many different codecs . Alternatively, what's the aggregate duration of all the files?

Sorry should have specified, the mov are H.264
