Q: Issues with texting an iCloud account

I can receive text from my daughter's iPad (iCloud account). But she cannot receive text from me. My iPhone is running iOS 9.2 and the iPad is running 9.0.2. Any ideas?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2
