Dec 28, 2015 12:56 PM in response to Fahriyansahby ChrisJ4203,Sounds as if they have not completed the activation process. If you go to Settings>Messages and look under iMessage, what do you see? The phone number will not appear under the Send & Receive unless the activation is complete.

Dec 28, 2015 1:13 PM in response to Fahriyansahby ChrisJ4203,You do not need to receive a message. Are you using a supported carrier for the iPhone? Activation requires the sending of an SMS to the servers in the UK. If you are using a supported carrier, that happens behind the scenes and you have nothing to worry about. However, if you are not using a supported carrier, then you have to have an international SMS plan, and/or pay for an international SMS. That could be blocking your activation. Try turning off iMessage and FaceTime. Then check this support document for additional troubleshooting steps. You may need to contact Apple Support.
