Q: How can you change the rescue email address without the security questions?

I'm trying to change my security questions beacuse I forgot the answers to them. But it sends the information to the rescue email address and its by my email. so I can't access. The information. And when I try to change the rescue email address it asks for the security questions which I don't know. How can I change the rescue email address?

I can't change the security questions because they email an email address that I don't know. And I can't change the email address without the security questions. So do you know of any other way to change the rescue email without having to call them?

There are other methods of validating that you are the account holder over and above security questions.

Call Apple and explain what you need done.

It's difficult for a reason.
