Q: green dots on iphone screen after restoring

So since two days ago I woke up with my iPhone 5s stated "Touch ID requires passcode after restarting" which means my iPhone had restarted on its own while I slept. And then yesterday while I was using it normally, it suddenly turned into a blue screen and then looping a restart so I restarted it manually by pressing the lock button and home button. It worked then, but the blue screen came again and the manual restart didn't work. After some research on internet I found out that the only way to get through it was to restore the device. I restored my phone completely as a new device but then I noticed two green dots on my booting screen, and it keeps show up every time the screen goes dark or completely black. Is this some kind of stuck pixel that related to hardware issue? Does that relate to the blue screen I encountered days before? Can it be fixed by restoring it as a new iPhone over again? My iPhone is out of warranty anyway and I currently am trying to fix it with a pixel fixer apps, if anyone has a better solution I would really like to hear it. Sorry for the long question and thank you

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2

You should visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider  or Apple Store and let them take a look at your phone.

Before you go, try again to set it up as new device, without using any backup data or 3rd party apps and check the screen functionality again. If the screen still shows those dots, get it serviced, might be hardware related issues.

Thank you so much! The dots had completely gone and my phone had recovered after I set it up as a completely new phone. I re-installed apps and it seemed to worked normally. But then last night the blue screen appeared again and I had to restored it over again. It finally worked after some several attempts because iTunes showed me some error (4005, 4013, 9, 14) that made those unable to finish the boot. Now that my phone had recovered again and I'm still afraid to install anything. If that's really a hardware-related problem, how bad is that? And if I bring that to Apple Authorized Service Provider, how much likely it will cost?

Depending on what they find out when they check the phone, the costs may vary from $129 for the screen replacement, up to $269, if the whole phone has to be replaced.

    Screen repair service pricing

Repair and replacement costs depend on your iPhone model and your AppleCare product coverage. Apple will run a diagnostic test to determine whether your iPhone has experienced additional damage. If it has, or if it needs other repairs, you may need to pay an out-of-warranty service fee. Accidental damage isn't covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty.

    ModelScreen repair cost
    iPhone 6 $109
    iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5 $129
    iPhone 6s Plus $149

Plus a $6.95 shipping fee, if required. Fees are in USD and exclude local tax. Pricing is for service through Apple. The final service fee we charge will be determined during testing. Pricing and terms vary for service through an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

    Out-of-warranty repair service

If your repair isn’t covered by Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or AppleCare Protection Plan, your iPhone might be eligible for out-of-warranty service. For example, liquid damage isn’t covered by warranty but might be eligible for out-of-warranty service. Some damage isn’t eligible at all, for example if your device has been broken into multiple pieces. See Apple’s Repair Terms and Conditions for complete details.
