after updating to iOS9.2.1 (beta) my contacts will not sync with iCloud. computer and iCloud sync perfectly. APPLE HELP!!!

Updated iPhone 6 today to 9.2.1 GM and I'm seeing the same issue.
Tried turning contacts off and on, deleting local contacts, and only
a handful of contacts synched. My card still has old data. Can someone
ffrom Apple please chime in?

Did you get any answer ? I've the same problem, sync with iCloud Contacts on iOS 9.2.1 iPhone 6 is not working... It seems even that the force sync using the groups and tap stretch down is not working at all...
For the same account iCloud account, 3 other devices, 2 Mac OS X running El Capitain and 1 iPad iOS 9.2.0 working well...

I gave up and restored the phone from iCloud backup. The basic restore took only 10 minutes, but it was hours before all the apps were reloaded. That said, this did fix the issue.
