How do I get another chance at putting in my passcode?

I have an iPhone 4S. My children were trying to guess my passcode. I changed it but I really know my passcode.

How can I have another try at putting in my passcode. I have connected to iTunes but I am not familiar enough

with it to do anything. Right now on my screen I have it in iTunes and a connect to charger picture. Help!
