Icloud

Before i update my ipod touch 5th gen to IOS 9.2 i had made a backup to icloud, after updating to IOS 9.2 while restoring backup thru icloud it says restore incomplete while restoring halfway when i open up my album as i went to setting to check my number of pictures in it, and realise is 0. I update my ipod FOTA before update my icloud storage space left with 400mb after my backup, after updating my icloud storage space had 4.6Gb of free space, all of my pictures are gone. Anybody able to help me? I just need back my pictures in my ipod.
