How to install .ipa file on iPhone from ftp without PC ?

I am trying to install .ipa file on iPhone/iPad device from ftp. I am able to download .ipa file to ftp but unable to install .ipa file. Is there any way or any app to install .ipa file on iPhone/iPad device without using PC or jailbreak the iphone/iPad ?

Nope - without some hacking you are you are restricted to the App Store. In Xcode 7+ though, you can compile an application from source and side load it onto your mobile devices.
