Sorry to hear that you are unable to send emails with your iPhone using the Mail app. Let's go over some troubleshooting options to get that working.
The first thing I would look at is the settings for your email server and specifically the outgoing server. This is assuming that you know your password is correct for your email and your iPhone can connect to the internet. Start at Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and look over the settings to make sure that all is good there. You can also restart your iPhone to see if that will fix it as well. If after all the troubleshooting and you still can't send email, try removing your email account and add it back in. More specific details to troubleshoot this is in the article below.
