POTENTIAL VIRUS POP UP PLZ HELP

I was on the website used to see how many Instagram likes u got in 2015. A pop came up saying "Facebook wants to make u a millionaire." I had no choice but to click "Ok" than the following message appeared (photos attached) I reset my phone, Created a new apple ID, and may change all passwords. plz help. Is this real? I'm panicking!

To be certain that there has nothing added to your system:

1. Download adwareMedic (now called MalwareBytes) from https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/mac/

Then run the scan.

2. This app does not protect you, but remove the adware if it is there.

In Safari menu choose "Clear History".

3. There is a good Scamware stopper available. But the best scam stooper is your common sense.

Download Scamzapper from https://sites.google.com/site/appleclubfhs/downloads/scamzapper-info

Run it and let it install the Scamzapper extension in Safari.
