I purchased a gift from a retail store for a Christmas gift. I had to return the item and get money back. Forgot I used Apple pay. They would not give me cash back and said they could only put the money back on my card. So I agreed. Its been two days and it has not hit my account. Will I get the money being my ipay number is different then my pnc debit card? Please help. I would like to get my money back.
The store should have given you a receipt confirming the refund.
Credits can take a few days to appear on bank statements (and within your online view of your bank account), especially when banks are closed due to weekends and public holidays.
