Q: How do i tranfer music / photos from iPhone 4 to iPhone 6s?

Replacing old phone with a new one and the music files didn't transfer at the store. Home computer won't recognize old phone when connected. How do I effect a transfer?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

to put music on your phone you would sync to iTunes. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using USB - Apple Support
