Is there a Startup Manager on Mac OS X 10.3.9

Hi! I was wondering if there was a startup manager on Mac OS X 10.3.9... I need to boot into Windows after installing it through Boot Camp Assistant.. Thanks!

512 MB RAM / PowerPC G4

An eMac can’t boot into Windows. If it matters, the Startup Manager is available on eMacs; it’s part of the firmware, not the OS.

Restart with the Option key held down.
