I restarted my phone and it is not giving me the option to type my Apple ID. What do I do???
It is just asking me for my passcode, and the fingerprint was my passcode.

You had to create an actual passcode to set up Touch ID fingerprint unlocking. Every time the phone is restarted, reset, restored, you are required to use the passcode itself. If you forgot your passcode, see this: iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode
