Q: the startup disk cannot be partitioned BC HELP

So basically I cannot remove the BOOTCAMP volume from my HD and I can't even boot from it. I've tried first aid and formatting to different formats then formatting back to journal. I do not want to lose my space and would prefer not to reset my macbook. It will not recognize it as a bootable disk.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
