While your workout is in progress, you can change the information that is shown on your watch by swiping sideways on the primary metric (in the lower half of the display). Depending on the type of activity, options for the primary metric may include:
- Elapsed time
- Active calories
- Total calories
- Heart rate
- Pace
- Distance
- Speed
