It works on ipad 2 cellular if i upgraded to 9.2 ?

Are you asking if your personal hotspot will still work if you update to iOS 9.2?

That would depend on your cellular carrier. If your carrier offers hotspot, you would have to sign up for the hotspot plan (which often costs extra).

Yes. I have ios 8.4 on my ipad 2. The personal hotspot tab missing.

I try this sim card in my iphone 6. The personal hotspot tab appear and i can connect with my ipad2 on it. But in with my ipad 2 not appear the personal hotspot tab

WIth an Apple SIM no. I put my sim card from my carrier (Digi Mobil) and set up APN ,user name and password.

Your iPhone SIM is not necessarily able to be used in the iPad. If you wish to use cellular data on the iPad, obtain an iPad SIM/data plan.

I have it. The cellular data works fine. my problem is the personal hotspot. Its missing. I want to share my internet connection with all my devices. I repeat, in my iphone 6 the internet its work so good, and personal hotspot appear. On my ipad 2 wifi+cellular , works the internet, but the personal hotspot not appear

As stated, if you wish to have that functionallity on the iPad, contact your cellular provider for an appropriate SIM card/plan. The fact that the iPhone card sort-of works is not an indicator that it will provide all functionallity.
